January: Month in Review

I checked my blog’s stats today, and I realized that this past January was my best month since November 2019!

I had hundreds of views, like, comments, and finally broke 350 followers, getting all the way up to 365. With that I’d like to welcome my new followers, and thank the old for sticking around for so long! I haven’t always been the most consistent blogger, what with parental duties, spousal duties, and of course writing books getting in the way, but since I’ve added book reviews to my usual posting, I hope to keep up a more regular schedule!

And speaking of writing books, my first entry into my upcoming Creed series just passed the 50,000 word mark! I figure this book to be between 60,000-70,000 words, so I’m closing in on the finish line, and it’s been an exciting ride so far!

As I’ve mentioned before, I’m going to try to get these next books picked up by an actual publisher when they’re finished, but if that doesn’t pan out after a little while I’ll go ahead and self-publish, just like I’ve been doing previously with my His Name Was Zach books.

That’s all for now, folks! One more thank you to everyone who’s been reading my blog, and especially those of you who’ve read my books. Your support of my work is appreciated more than you know!

  1. Nice! You’re moving right along. 🙂

As I think I mentioned once before (but maybe it was another blog), 300 seems to be the magical follower number where people START to take you seriously and you begin slowly attracting more followers.
